Intro

I'm a Danish-born product strategist, brand strategist, and creative leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations build products, brands, and experiences with purpose. Although my career began in design, music, and the arts, my mind has always worked a little like an engineer's. I've always been fascinated by systems, how things connect, why people behave the way they do, and whether an idea could be simpler, smarter, or more meaningful. That combination of creative intuition and analytical curiosity has become the foundation of my approach to strategy.

My journey began in the independent art and music communities of Copenhagen and Berlin, where I organized events, founded creative communities, managed record labels, and discovered that some of the best ideas don't happen on a whiteboard. They happen when the right people end up in the same room. Those years taught me that lasting experiences, communities, and brands aren't created by marketing alone. They're built by creating spaces where people genuinely want to participate, contribute, and belong.

Since moving to New York City, I've had the opportunity to work with an incredibly diverse range of organizations, from local startups and community driven nonprofits like The Jackie Robinson Foundation to global brands including L'Oréal, international fintech companies, and emerging food and beverage ventures. Whether developing boots on the ground conversations, pie in the sky product strategies, leading cross functional teams, launching new initiatives, or building multi channel brand campaigns, I've always enjoyed connecting business goals with thoughtful, human centered execution.

My work is informed by data, but never limited by it. Behind every insight is a person, a behavior, or a story waiting to be understood. Curiosity has always been my greatest tool, helping me uncover connections others might overlook and translate them into products, brands, and experiences that resonate.

Outside of my professional work, I've always maintained an active creative practice rooted in punk, DIY culture, photography, publishing, music, and experimentation. Whether documenting overlooked corners of cities, building communities around independent artists, or creating playful products inspired by everyday culture, my personal projects have always been another way of asking questions, making connections, and exploring how people shape the world around them.

That spirit continues through my product studio, Vortex of Mayhem, where I explore the intersection of design, subculture, and everyday life, from turning dive bar bathroom graffiti into apparel to building strange digital products inspired by New York's wonderfully imperfect urban fabric. More recently, I launched Hyper Tenzion, a small global lo-fi digi culture dojo and Universal Disk Vault based in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Part creative collective, part experimental platform, it lives somewhere between sound, software, publishing, and community. Structure is intentionally fluid, authorship is shared, and the goal isn't perfection. It's curiosity, experimentation, and keeping the signal alive.

After taking time to work part time, build a small business, and raise my two children, I'm excited to get back to building alongside other creative people. I love combining strategic thinking with hands on execution, solving complex problems, and helping turn ambitious ideas into products, services, brands, and communities that leave a lasting impression.

Outside Work

Outside of work, I'm endlessly curious about the things people make. I have a soft spot for analog culture, from old cameras and vintage hi-fi to vinyl records, cassette tapes, printed books, and mechanical watches. During the pandemic, I even started learning watchmaking simply to understand how mechanical movements work.

I enjoy cycling with a camera, photographing weathered signs, graffiti, and everyday details, and I'm a lifelong fan of film and beautifully designed technology, especially from Japan and China. Most of all, I love sharing that curiosity with my two kids, tinkering with gadgets, making things together, and exploring how the world works.
